My name's Blondey, and I
may not be a wild horse but
I do live in a scrub and look like one! Plus, who better than a horse to give you then news? I can be a bit wild at times, and most of my days are spent free in the paddock, so I can relate to a lot of the wild horses out there!
CJ thought I would be a great mascot for the site because... well, I AM a horse and I have such a great temper... most of the time :)
She says I am a great example of what a horse can be :D
So anyway, I'm here to give the rundown on all the news every month! ENJOY! and happy trails!

Hey everyone!
I hope you're all good. CJ has been unable to fin dmuch news on the brumbies lately, so she apologizes for that, but she has heard a rumour that the government has called off the cull because of the rist of protests and other big community problems! THREE CHEERS FOR THE RESCUED BRUMBIES!
As for the mustangs, there are still high hopes that the once reliable law to end wild horse slaughter will be re-instated. WE can only hope that all goes well for both the brumbies and the mustangs!
So for now... THREE CHEERS FOR SUCCESS!
As for me, well, i'm going to go bug CJ for a carrot or two.

Neigh there everyone!
There's not much to report this month... there hasn't been any information on the net about the brumbies, so CJhas no news there, and as for the mustangs... it's pretty much the same. However, in America they are working at shutting down horse slaughter houses for good! YAY! There's only ONE left open at the moment, and everyone is working to close it down for good, too.
And that's about it for now... I'm going to go for a roll... it's just rained so there's plenty of mud everywhere! MUD GLORIOUS MUD!

I have some great news from Crystal regarding the Slaughter Houses in the US!!! They have been closed down for good and they are working on closing down the last one in Mexico! :D This is great news for the mustangs!
There is still no news on the Brumbies at the moment. Check back soon in case there's an update on the brumbies and mustangs!

Grave whinnies to you all...
Last month 4000 brumbies were shot by helicopter in Queensland and there is a cull of 10,000 to 13,000 brumbies planned for the future.
We need to work together ti stop this cruelty!
